Cancellation

We do not accept any cancellation/ refund after we complete the recharge service.

You may cancel your order if we are not responding within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
